  报价说明 Quotation description

  1. 10人以上成团，每团15人以上派领队，独立成团按15+1FOC

  A minimum of 10 travelers is required to form a group. A tour leader will be assigned for groups of 15 pax and above. Private group arrangement follows 15+1 FOC.

  2. 领队无排头费；

  No head fee will be charged for the tour leader.

  3. 小孩不占床与大人同价；

  Children without bed share the same price as adults.

  4. 此报价不会盖最终航班，我司可根据天气原因调整景点顺序；

  The quotation does not guarantee the final flight schedule. The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary according to weather conditions.

  5. 小孩退餐全退如老人/孕妇无需参加者费用不退，出发当天取消来项者全部费用不退。

  Meal refunds for children will be fully refunded. No refund will be given for elderly or pregnant travelers who choose not to participate. No refund for cancellations made on the departure day.

  6. 婴儿不超过2岁，往返机票费用为RM300（无座位）。

  Infants below 2 years old will be charged RM300 for a round-trip air ticket (no seat).

  7. 由于不可抗力因素（如自然灾害、战争、政治、罢工、暴动、航班取消或调整等）所引致的增加部分费用（如住食费用）旅客自理；个人消费

  Any additional costs caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, political issues, strikes, riots, flight cancellation or schedule changes), including accommodation and meals, are to be borne by travelers; Personal expenses are not included.

  8. 取消团如距离出发日期RM300/天

  If the group is cancelled, a penalty of RM300 per day from the departure date will be charged.

  9. 不退购物点RM400/人

  No refund of RM400 per person for compulsory shopping stops.

  10. 机位定金RM500/位，机票名单需提前14天交及支付全款付款。

  A deposit of RM500 per seat is required. The full payment and final passenger list must be submitted 14 days before departure.
